PostSubject: general view on Curses & Hexes   Fri Oct 05, 2012 10:24 pm

One of the oldest branch of magic existed since thousands years ago with different forms of curses & hexes being used in many cultures and traditions. Curses & Hexes mainly used to make target suffer either through his/her health, luck, wealth or relationship, which decided by caster whom put the curses and Hexes upon the victim.

There are many arguments in matter like what makes Curses and Hexes different? well, actually Curses and Hexes almost similar in aim and effects for the victim. several sources mentioning Hexes is most powerful yet most dangerous method that can only be done by master of witchcraft while curses can be performed by most people although they didn't have any witchcraft background or practicing.

Meanwhile, others referring Curses and Hexes is a 'before and after' action like an example ''he hexed the old lady and now she is cursed for her entire life.'' but, from all of these we can conclude that curses and hexes related to each other and inflict same thing on victims.

Curses and Hexes involves rituals and incantation(spells), aid by specific forces to help the caster in their working. the method can be easy or difficult which caused different results, for example the simplest curses/hexes will make victims suffer only from bad luck. however, the caster whom uses curses/hexes usually driven with hatred, jealousy and revengeful feelings toward the victim due to the past conflicts that happened between them.

However, it must be noted that as dangerous as they seems, these method could backfires if the victim know how to break the Curses/Hexes @ the caster did the rituals/spells wrong. worst that could happen to the caster is instant destruction or slow pain that will torture them to death.

In some countries, practicing and performing Curses and Hexes had been forbidden due to the evilness they carry and inflict upon victims while other develop specific rules and ethics in curses and hexes usage, like permission will only be given if the person life proof to be in grief danger caused by their enemy, but not for some revenge on silly matters.

Like other type of magic, Curses and Hexes is a tool that either destructive or helpful, but we must remember that it's all depend on the person, either they want to use them for good or evil deeds.
