Good post, but a small correction.
"Kali-Ma" is merely one name for Kali herself. The areas she has dominion over are all of what you have stated and more.
"Kali-Ma" herself is merely a name given by devotees, who consider her to be a mother, and she is, as she is but one aspect of the mother goddess as per Hindu (Also called Dharmic or Vedic) tradition.
